Fiz este circuito a pedido de um amigo meu. O objectivo era deixar de usar o cachimbo e que através de um botão fosse possivel ligar e desligar a vela do motor.
O circuito usa uma pilha de 1.2V para alimentar tanto o circuito como a vela do motor. Ao carregar no botão o circuito liga a vela e espera uns segundos antes de a desligar automaticamente. Um led bicolor indica se a vela está ligada ou desligada.
I've made this circuit for a friend. The goal was to stop using the glow plug ignitor and with a switch turn on and off the engine's glow plug.
The circuit uses a 1.2V to both ignite the glow plug and to power the circuit. Pressing the button the circuit ignites the glow plug and waits a few seconds before turning it off. A bicolor led is used to indicate if the glow plug is on or off.
