Esta semana apresento-vos mais uma ferramenta de bancada.
Muito semelhante ao multimetro digital que apresentei umas semanas atrás ( voltimetro-digital ), este circuito tem o formato de uma ponta de medida e torna-se mais facil de usar.
Na foto abaixo está a placa de circuito impresso que criei para a ponta de medida.
This week’s project is another Workbench tool.
Very similar to the voltage meter I’ve posted some weeks ago ( digital voltmeter ), this circuit has the shape of a probe and it’s easy to use.
In the picture bellow is the PCB I have designed.
O microcontrolador utilizado foi o 16F88. Além da função principal, onde mede voltagens até 9,99V, tambêm indica o valor lógico TTL através de um pequeno led SMD. Este led quando apagado indica o nivel lógico 0 e quando aceso indica o nivel lógico 1.
O pequeno botão serve apenas para bloquear a leitura caso esta seja inconstante.
The microcontroller used is the famous 16F88. This probe can measure voltages up to 9.99V and also indicates the logic TTL value through a small smd led. This led when off means that it’s measuring a logic low value. When turned on it indicates a logic high value.
The small pushbutton will freeze the Reading. This is useful when having inconstant readings.
Para o terminal negativo soldei um fio ligador, dos mesmos usados nas placas experimentais.
For the negative terminal i soldered a wire with tip like the ones used in breadboards.
Na foto abaixo está o projecto finalizado. Não consegui até á data construir uma caixa com o formato da minha PCB.
Estou a estudar a hipótese de usar polymorph e moldar uma caixa para este projecto. Assim que esteja pronta colocarei aqui as fotos como habitualmente.
In the picture bellow is the finished project. I was unable to make an external casing with the shape of the pcb.
I’m studying the idea of using polymorph and mold it to the shame of the PCB. As soon as it gets finished I will post pictures of it.
A ponta de medida tem-se mostrado bastante estável e fiável. Graças ao seu tamanho é uma boa ferramenta para se ter na bancada para medições de pequenos projectos e ensaios.
The measuring probe has been stable and very reliable. Thanks to its size, I think it’s a good tool for measuring ongoing projects and very handy.
